The process begins by expressing interest and setting up a brief discussion with a member of the NCEE team. The purpose of this discussion is threefold:
- To explain the Award process, what we look for, and next steps
- To learn more about your institution
- And to answer any questions you might have.
We then set up a site visit, and guide you through the application, which involves open-ended prompts about leadership, culture, student and staff opportunities, and external engagement.
An independent panel reviews submissions, and top institutions receive a 3- or 5-year certification alongside an array of benefits like exclusive access to funded programmes and a detailed institutional roadmap.
