Entrepreneurial Heads is now available online and gives Heads of Schools and Services the skills and tools needed to stay ahead, feel more confident and respond positively to the challenges they are currently facing in the rapidly changing world of higher education. This highly interactive online programme provides foundations in entrepreneurial leadership and change management, including how to put them into practice.
The Entrepreneurial Heads programme offers excellent value for money at only £785, with high class speakers and plenty of discussion time spread over three sessions (scheduled between 10.00hrs – 15.00hrs). The next programme commences in November 2021.
The programme is specifically designed for heads of school or academic departments; heads or directors of professional services; deputy or assistant directors of professional services and others in leadership roles in universities. It is suitable for recently appointed heads, as well as staff members who are experienced and seeking further relevant high-quality leadership development.
