Suparna is a Director, Mentor, Advisor and Trustee with over 25 years of commercial experience in higher education, partnerships and capability building. She has worked at the intersection of business and education involving industries such as technology, bio pharma, construction and military.

She has facilitated high visibility strategic education projects in UK universities delivering substantial growth in revenue and reputation.

More recently she works with ambitious universities to scale their online digital education portfolios.

As an associate lecturer and supervisor in online degrees, Suparna has deep expertise in online pedagogies and pastoral care.

Suparna currently advises on a UK-India women entrepreneurship and empowerment mission and is trustee for a literacy social enterprise in rural India.

She has an MSc degree in Human Resources Management from the London School of Economics.

Other pro bono engagements have included being Founder and Chair of the LSE Human Resources Alumni Group, Assessor and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development UK and the British Psychological Society.

Suparna is based in Cambridge, UK and travels frequently to India.
