What does the programme involve?
The higher education landscape is changing rapidly. Student enterprise teams are increasingly expected to respond to new institutional priorities, regional growth agendas, employer needs and evolving student expectations.
This programme has been designed for the people who make enterprise happen.
By the end of the programme, participants will have:

A live project at the heart of the programme
A key feature of the programme is a live project or initiative that each participant will develop throughout the programme.
Rather than working on a hypothetical case study, participants will focus on a real challenge or opportunity that aligns with their role and organisational priorities. The project should be something they can implement, helping both their own professional development and their institution’s student enterprise ambitions.
Before the programme begins, every participant will have the opportunity to discuss and refine their project aims with the programme team.
Who is the programme for?
The programme is aimed at colleagues who are translating institutional strategy into delivery. Participants may come from a range of professional and academic roles, but they are likely to:
- Lead or manage student enterprise and entrepreneurship activity outside the curriculum.
- Design and deliver programmes, initiatives or services that support students.
- Work across teams and partnerships, influencing colleagues
- Want to better position their work within institutional priorities and external agendas, including regional economic development, employability and innovation.
