Lesley runs her own company, Dialogue for Success Ltd, which offers leadership coaching and consultancy services. She is a qualified executive coach and mentor who enjoys supporting senior leaders to further develop their personal abilities and resources to deal with challenges, in order to become even more effective in their roles.

With extensive experience and an excellent track record of leadership success in higher education, her expertise includes leading transformational change and innovation, dealing with challenging situations and people, leading restructuring projects, team building, enhancing communication and driving quality improvements.

An enthusiastic advocate of entrepreneurial leadership, Lesley is currently the Executive Programme Director of NCEE’s entrepreneurial leadership programmes. These programmes offer exceptional leadership development and networking opportunities for senior academic and professional service leaders in higher education.
