James is Head of Research at NCEE. He leads on our analysis and research projects, including our enterprise and leadership surveys. He has previously worked for Universities UK, UNESCO and the Association of Commonwealth Universities. In addition to his work with NCEE, he is an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at UCL Institute of Education, and a Specialist Advisor on higher education to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
