This week we launch our Entrepreneurial University Manifesto.  Developed by our community of entrepreneurial universities it sets out our intentions for developing enterprise and entrepreneurialism.  It’ll be released this Thursday sign up to its intentions.

During this week we are also running Entrepreneurial Heads, one of our leadership programme.  Aimed at heads of schools and services (or those in deputy positions) it builds entrepreneurial leadership capabilities, supporting change management and helping seize opportunities.  Our leadership programmes have been running for over 10 years and there are now over 200 alumni of our programmes – many at Vice-Chancellor positions.  Sign up to our programmes this week, and as a special gift during Entrepreneurship Week we’ll give you a 10% discount!

International work continues apace.  This week sees our European Entrepreneurial Teams being delivered to partners in the UK, Turkey, Cyprus and Malta.  Supporting the growth of entrepreneurial mindsets and behaviours it supports the creation of teams who are more agile and creative.  Find out more here.  And keep an eye out for announcements soon about China – it will be truly groundbreaking (or entrepreneurial as you would expect!).

And finally, who cannot forget that it is the UK’s Times Higher Awards this week.  On Thursday we will announce the winner of the Outstanding Entrepreneurial University of the Year.  With a strong shortlist it is impossible to call who will take over Sheffield Hallam University’s mantle. Read up on all the candidates here and keep an eye out for the social media flurry and announcement on Thursday night!
