IUTH provides educational services at all three levels of higher and postgraduate education – bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral studies.

The university was created in 2000 as a non-profit non-governmental organization in the form of “Kazakh University of Automobile Transport” on the basis of the Charter, certificate of state registration of a legal entity, registration No. 33600-. 1910-U-e series B No. 0332485 dated June 15, 2000. statistical map dated June 15, 2000, trains specialists for the transport and communications complex, construction and other sectors of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The transport industry, being a diversified industry, includes hundreds of different enterprises and is in need of specialists in various fields. These are traffic organizers, carriage workers, locomotive operators, railway workers, signalmen, motorists, specialists in the field of information systems and communications, energy workers, financiers, accountants and many others.
