He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with specialisation in Mergers and Acquisitions and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. His multidisciplinary academic background spans business, accounting and finance, technical education, engineering, computing, and digital pedagogy, giving him a distinctive cross-disciplinary profile.
He currently teaches and leads across a wide range of business and data-related disciplines, with roles linked to universities in the UK, Dubai and India. His module expertise includes Accounting and Budget Management, Digital Business, Entrepreneurship, Business Analytics, Data Management, Cybersecurity, Web Design and Coding, and emerging areas such as Blockchain and FinTech.
He is an experienced Programme Designer with a strong track record of designing and leading a variety of modules and academic programmes for different universities. He is also an active researcher, published author, peer reviewer, and mentor. His research interests include mergers and acquisitions, strategic management, digital transformation, artificial intelligence in business and education, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
