Alli has over 25 years’ experience in both the public and private Higher Education sectors, leading a wide range of areas including STEM, Forensic Science, Policing, and Business.  She has held a wide range of posts from Lecturer to Chief Academic Officer and has provided HE leadership consultancy services to a range of FE and HE institutions both in the UK and overseas.

Alli has an excellent track record for developing and delivering on strategy and performance improvement.  She is passionate about enterprise and innovation and partnership working to maximise the benefits to, and of, HE in the UK and internationally. 

She has a reputation for delivering against sector-relevant targets and delivering complex multi-agency projects and start-ups to tight deadlines and within budget. 

Alli is also a QAA reviewer and serves as a governor at Myerscough College and a Director of SfJ Awards and the Lancashire Partnership against Crime.
