We offer interactive team development sessions, supporting your team’s ability to embrace entrepreneurial mindset and behaviours.
Our sessions can run from 90 minutes through to two days, developing teams and their leadership. We focus on entrepreneurial leadership, and how the team can explore different approaches to their leadership. The interactive and engaging sessions involve a mix of policy/research, theory and practice.
We live in a world that is ever-changing, requiring flexible, agile leadership. Leaders need to quickly identify and seize opportunities whilst managing risk and reputation. This session will look at how we can be innovative and creative in our leadership, whilst recognising the university’s context.
Sessions can include:
- Introduction to entrepreneurial universities, exploring what the are
- Entrepreneurial leadership – the behaviours and mindsets
- Exploration of how entrepreneurial you are
- Identification of what entrepreneurial practices can be put in place within your university.
