“An impactful, technology-infused African University” is WSU’s stated vision. “Through its core business, WSU responds to societal needs in ethical, scholarly, sustainable, and entrepreneurial ways, and delivers future-ready graduates,” is how the mission statement is put. Four values serve as the foundation for these: Ubuntu, Quality and Excellence, Honesty and Integrity, and Respect. The Vision, Mission, and Values of the university can be realised with the help of the nine strategic goals.
