Over more than twenty years of working with institutions across the UK and internationally, we have seen that the most valuable learning doesn’t come from theory alone. It is built around around a live institutional project
Every participant brings a real challenge, opportunity or strategic initiative from their institution.
This isn’t a theoretical exercise. The project becomes the vehicle for learning, testing ideas, challenging assumptions and making progress.
