Nina is the founder of Nina & Co. a marketing collective specialising in marketing & commercial strategy, and concept & space development in the leisure & hospitality and HE sectors.  Before setting up Nina & Co. she held numerous director level marketing and commercial development positions in 5 major blue-chip companies including Compass Group, Marstons, and Allied Domecq. Nina also has over 15 years’ experience in the HE sector having worked with 50 students’ unions and associations and their institutions across England, Scotland, and Wales. She is also Non-Exec Director and Chair of Oxford Support Services Ltd.  Â
