Liverpool Business School: Driving Entrepreneurial Leadership in Higher Education
The award-winning Liverpool Business School (LBS), in partnership with NCEE, is proud to deliver a bespoke Entrepreneurial Leadership Programme to support leaders in higher education.
Universities today face unprecedented pressures — rapid technological change, shifting student expectations, evolving workplace demands, and increasing global competition. To remain relevant and thrive, higher education institutions need leaders who can think entrepreneurially, act with agility, and inspire their teams to embrace new ways of working.
This bespoke programme, designed for 25 leaders, will nurture entrepreneurial mindsets and behaviours while focusing on the essential task of developing and inspiring teams that are effective, agile, and able to adapt to fast-changing environments.
Through the programme, participants will:
- Gain confidence in applying entrepreneurial leadership in complex and uncertain situations.
- Develop the ability to inspire collaboration, creativity, and innovation within their teams.
- Learn how to challenge conventional approaches and generate innovative solutions.
- Explore insights from entrepreneurial leaders worldwide who have driven transformation and maximised impact.
- Build resilience, agility, and adaptability to respond to sector-wide challenges.
By the end of the programme, leaders will not only strengthen their own entrepreneurial leadership but also their capacity to develop teams that are empowered, inspired, and equipped to respond proactively to change. This is key to embedding an entrepreneurial culture that will enable universities to stay current, seize opportunities, and deliver lasting impact.
Liverpool Business School’s commitment to entrepreneurial leadership reflects its ambition to equip higher education leaders to face the challenges of today — and shape the opportunities of tomorrow.
