HIGHLIGHTS FROM OUR FLAGSHIP LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
2023 was our twelfth year of running NCEE’s flagship leadership programme, Entrepreneurial University Leaders. 200 leaders have graduated from the programme so far, and last year’s cohort of senior professional and academic leaders of higher education developed their entrepreneurial skills further.
Over three modules, the participants built new networks to support their career development and the growth of their institutions.

Professor Andy Salmon, Pro-Vice-Chancellor at Bath Spa University gave us an insight into the challenges faced at their organisation

Professor Helen Laville, Provost at Kingston University gave us an overview of the skills knowledge and experience that helps build an entrepreneurial leader

Everyone donned hard hats for a tour of SHU’s new buildings, and how this would improve the student experience

Mark Bacon, Chief Operating Officer, Keele University talked us through an interesting session on entrepreneurial universities in place

The programme is an excellent way to network with other entrepreneurial leaders in HE
