Victoria Nicholl is the Head of Incubation Services at Imperial College London. She co-founded the Network for Coaching and Mentoring Entrepreneurs in 2020, and has advised dozens of institutions on how to build coaching and mentoring services for entrepreneurs. In collaboration with the University of Hertfordshire (lead institution) and Cranfield University she secured £1.5m to create a pilot of the Healthcare Technologies Capability Connector. Along with colleagues at Bloomberg she co-founded the multiple award-winning Green Tech Legal Collaborative, which has provided over £2m of pro bono support since 2021, and is set to double that in 2024. The services she leads provide over 5000 hours a year of coaching and mentoring and over £2m of pro bono legal Support.
