Dr Leah Fox is Dean of the College of Leadership and Innovation at Buckinghamshire New University, UK, where she leads multidisciplinary portfolios across business, law, aviation, security, hospitality, and professional education. She is an experienced higher education leader with a strong track record in organisational transformation, portfolio growth, student success, and building meaningful connections between universities, industry, and society.

With an interdisciplinary background spanning business, law, behavioural decision-making, and applied professional practice, Leah brings a systems perspective to leadership and is particularly interested in employability, entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, and industry-informed learning. She also explores the responsible use of AI to enhance strategy, student experience, and organisational performance through a practical, ethical, and human centred lens.

Leah is a Fellow of Advance HE, a Chartered Management and Business Educator, and a Visiting Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University, USA.
