International Entrepreneurship Educators Conference 2013 University of Sheffield 11th – 13th September 2013

Registration is open for the 8th annual IEEC, generously hosted by the University of Sheffield. This year’s theme will be ‘Putting Students at the Centre of Enterprise’.

Join around 250 educators and practitioners at this premier national and international conference on enterprise and entrepreneurship education.

Interactivity is a hallmark of IEEC – this year we have 36 interactive parallel sessions. Also, on day one there will be a facilitated ‘Unconference’ session to enable the entire audience to address key questions, set the participatory tone for the event and get talking to each other right from the outset.

Keynotes this year include:

  • Jacob Hill, student entrepreneur and founder of The Lazy Camper
  • Professor Patricia Greene of Babson College
  • Professor Nick Petford, Vice Chancellor of the University of Northampton
  • Pieter Spinder of Knowmads in the Netherlands

Professor Paul White, PVC for Learning and Teaching at the University of Sheffield will welcome delegates to the first evening’s networking buffet where there will be a presentation from the student-led Enactus Sheffield team.

Good news on prices – this year we have held our headline prices and discounts at the same level as last year. That means that EEUK members and IEEP fellows will receive a 25% discount (worth £142.50) off the full conference fee.
